Arbarosa Villa is a superb two-story stone-built residence in Agios Nikolaos, Zakynthos, boasting beautiful views of the sea.
INDOOR SPACES
The villa spans 135 sq.m. and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, offering a spacious and stylish retreat. Blending traditional architectural elements, such as exposed stone walls and wooden ceilings, with carefully selected vintage and contemporary furnishings, the villa creates a warm and distinctive atmosphere.
Upon entering the ground floor, guests are welcomed into a fully equipped, contemporary kitchen, which flows seamlessly into a spacious and inviting living room. On the same level, there is a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed, featuring its own en-suite bathroom with shower. A guest WC is also available on this floor.
The first floor hosts two additional bedrooms; one with a double bed and one with two single beds that can be combined into a double bed. Both bedrooms feature their own private bathrooms with bathtubs and open onto balconies with beautiful sea views, offering the perfect setting for relaxation.
OUTDOOR SPACES
The outdoor areas are carefully maintained and fully fenced. They feature a built-in BBQ with a dedicated outdoor dining area—perfect for enjoying meals in a relaxed, open-air setting.

Guests can enjoy a delightful à la carte breakfast just 70 metres from the villa. Breakfast is served daily from 8:30 a.m. and is available at an additional cost of €13 per person.

Arbarosa Villa is situated in Agios Nikolaos port, just 600m away from the sea and near numerous mini markets and restaurants. The area is characterized by the mountain village of Volimes, a small settlement of a few hundred residents, surrounded by mountains with evergreen forests.
Volimes is ideal for travelers longing to experience an area largely unaffected by commercialized tourism. Of course, since Arbarosa Villa is located on a beautiful island, fantastic beaches with the clear waters of the Ionian Sea are never too far away, and the guests can visit the beaches of Xigia and Markis Yalos. Additionally, Agios Nikolaos port is the starting point for many cruises to the world-renowned Blue Caves and Shipwreck Cove!
